Yes. You can specify which users can stop and start each SAP system.
Yes. The servers, databases and SAP applications will be started and stopped in the correct sequence, preventing any potential issues or data loss.
The SAP systems can be set to shut down after a period (e.g. 1 hour or 8 hours).
Additionally, 20 minutes before the planned shutdown; a prompt can be presented to the user, asking if they would like to extend the uptime (e.g. by 1 hour) - if the prompt is ignored, the system will shut down as planned.
